Birth Mother's Day

Do you know about Birth Mother's Day? Birth Mother's Day is celebrated the Saturday before Mother's Day.  It is a somewhat controversial holiday, some say it is a way to celebrate birth mothers while others say it should be a day of grieving versus a celebration.  The day itself was actually started by birth mothers.  If you are interested in learning more about the history of Birth Mother's Day click here.

Summertime

Summer temperatures have reached Oklahoma and it is a reminder that the school year is nearly over.  The last few weeks have become busy with activities wrapping up Brice's year as a kindergartner.  Next year we have two off to school and the time will only seem to move more quickly.  We are looking forward to enjoying summer.
