Hi there, we are A Rainbow's End Adoption Svcs. We are a CA Health and Human Services registered facilitator in So. California. We have been in business 28 years. We have a couple of Hispanic situations looking for at least one Adoptive parent being Hispanic. Our fees are $4000 to sign up, $12,000 total. Situations range from $22K-$30K including our fees, legal and bm expenses. Bm is in No. California, no drugs, or alcohol. We have a prgnancy verification.
