I used to work for Chase. They have excellent IF coverage too, and a very alternative lifestlye friendly workplace. GRRRRR I loved working there. except for the credit cards and bad customers... :P
Now I'm at a company not even on the list, but at least they offer $5k, just no paid time off for bonding except for the vacation I already had earned for the year. DH doesn't even get that.
