Hey Adoptive Momma,
I applied for a social back in September but they are still waiting for TX to verify the birth certificate. The ATIN Q&A says that you shouldn't apply for an ATIN unless you have been Denied a SSN. What do I do? I'd like to get my taxes back ASAP. (Esp considering we are adopting again in June.)
