Jillian Michaels has been receiving a lot of backlash about her comments on adoption. Here is an article I found discussing the issue.

I don't think there is anything necessarily wrong with her reasons for not wanting to adopt. In reality, pregnancy does take a huge toll, so who am I to say reasons to have kids at all. Adoption of any sort is so much more a scrutinized type process, nothing oops or accidental really. I just hope the best for her and whatever child should she go any/all routes ;)

Pregnancy and birth are what form the bond between mother and child, one that never can be broken.Wouldn't most women want thaty if they could?
I almost feel bad for her. I think (or hope) that some of her comments have been seriously misconstrued...
