Heaven Sent Adoption Services, Inc. in Michigan is a good referral service. Shelia Davis, the founder has both a full-fledged agency and a referral service. You can check out her website to see current situations and the fees associated with them as set by the birth-mothers' attorneys and agencies. To sign with Heaven Sent and be among the first to receive notice of the situations it is only $100 (at least that is what it was in 2008) and then there is an additional fee (in 2008 $1,000) if you receive a placement through her referral service.
