Day 2

I blew it today, I had every intention of celebrating my children's heritage by cooking a mexican fiesta...didn't happen.  Life got into the way.  I am fighting a sinus and ear infection so I cut myself a little slack.  Also, my husband is working late this evening so we are not all eating dinner together.  As I said before, I will do my best to celebrate the month and fitting in the daily observations when and if I can.  I hope you all are doing a better job of it than I am!


In an attempt to redeem myself, I have already completed tomorrow's task!


Tomorrow's task- "Ask your local libraries or bookstores to feature adoption-related books this month. Encourage them to place these books in the entrance to garner the most attention."
